My thoughts are with " Bo " and all of the family . Oh my....what a loss. I spent 20 years working shoulder to shoulder with DeWayne. We shared so much laughter. We created many great things at WDW and he was a man of his word. He will won't be truly gone until we forget him.

I will always have fond memories of Dewayne. His smile and his humor always kept us laughing. All those years we shared a small spot at the Eddie Graham Sports Stadium will always hold a special place in my heart. Grandma will be so happy to see you in heaven. So sad, and shocked, to hear about Dewayne! We were good friends since we were teenagers and you'd never meet a nicer person. My condolences to the family, whom he obviously loved dearly....father, children, and grand children and siblings. God bless you all!

I have known DeWayne since 6th grade, always so gracious to everyone. He gave so much, asked for nothing.

The very first time I met Dewayne was in Mrs McDowell's first grade class at Tildenville Elementary. He was wearing an eye patch like a pirates patch. The teacher inquired as to why he was wearing a patch over his eye and as it turned out he was not injured rather he was just being cool! After that I always wanted a patch too. Dewayne and I crossed paths our entire lives off and on. I last saw him about 10 years ago at his business he opened. In all these years Dewayne never said one single unkind word to me. I found him a hard worker with big dreams and a kindred spirit that I would like to be known for myself. I would sum it up by saying he was a peaceful warrior. You were loved and you will be missed old friend. Agape, Dale
